Changes to the Licence Agreement

Articles 28-36 of the GDPR Regulations govern your relationship with your Data Processor. If you are a CHARMS™ user, Social Care Network Solutions Ltd is your Data Processor. The changes we have made to your licence documentation are confirmation of our responsibilities to you as required by the GDPR regulations.
