"Having used Charms Online and Charms Pay together for around 8 years now I can honestly say the products work really well together and everything comes through from Charms Online into Charms Pay to allow the finance staff to process the payments and invoicing efficiently.
Having the systems in place together makes our jobs a lot easier and saves time for processing both payments and invoicing, it makes everything more efficient and the reports make everything easier to see/check for any errors that may have been entered onto the system. The integration with accounts packages is also very good, I have worked with 2 different interfaces and the integration has worked well with both.
I will also add the support that is given by SCN is second to none and they are always on hand to help with any issues that may arise or any data requests required."
