Another hugely successful implementation of ASSET. Mike and Chris from CHL worked with Alan Kirkby and the team at Ludun Industries, Dunstable to make the day a huge success.
Alan Kirkby recently told CHL's MD that he was very happy with the implementation and that he has found ASSET very user friendly.
Ludun Industries has provided sheltered employment for adults with disabilities since
the 1940s. It is now part of Bedfordshire County Council Supported Employment
Service. Since April 2001, Ludun Industries has provided the Workstep programme for
Bedfordshire County Council. All Workstep clients have physical, sensory or learning
difficulties. Of 138 clients, 35 are based at the Ludun Industries workshops in Dunstable.
103 clients work in sheltered employment in a variety of workplaces across
Bedfordshire.
The Factory manufactures items such as wooden furniture and picture frames for the commercial market.

Ground breaking collaboration between CHL and DRI

First Annual Report of Adoption Register
